    Good service but check your car..

    I have now had my car about 10 days, the garage had 10 days before that to get the car checked and prepared for me to pick it up. The day after I had picked the car up I noticed the door panel on the drivers side had a bolt missing, the air intake under the bonnet was broken and the heater was only working on number 4, as the resistor was broke. They have fixed all this at their own expense but these are things that should of been picked up during the 10 days they had the car and certainly after the final mechanical check all cars get. I got an fair deal in my part exchange. Would I use them again?.... Yes but I would thoroughly check the car over before I drove the 2 hours home.

    Good afternoon Mr Giles, Thank you so much for your feed back and the 4 Star Review and we apologize once again for the minor issues that were rectified very quickly for you, under our PDI scan we check all the major components of the vehicles and carry out a full service including a cam belt kit/water pump change as standard, we also scan the vehicles for accident damage but unfortunately inner door retaining bolts are not on the list unless the panel is blatantly loose upon a visual inspection (however these bolts have now been added to the check list), to keep customer satisfaction to a high level Management agreed to pay out almost £200 to your chosen garage for the repair of the heater resister issue (as per our conversation they did take advantage and the costings should have been a fraction of this). We have learnt and amended our check list with your feedback and hope this type of issue does not happen again and thank you for your feed back.
